Hi!
When we use the standard quiz, the PDF (Quiz) report is looking complete; Information, results and questions and answers. When we use a quiz with the option Question Bank / Pool, the PDF report only shows personal info, but no Q&A and no score in the results. What do we do wrong? Have we mist an option? 
To be clear: the results do appear in the backend and also in 'view results' menu.
