Is it currently possible for users to permanently delete their own topics instead of them going into Joomla trash? Currently, users are unable to create a topic of the same name until admin goes into the backend and clears the trash. If not can this be added as a feature?

Also is it possible to have the trash option without the unpublish option next to it?
Currently, the only way that someone can delete a topic is to have either the Edit State or Edit Own State permissions set which show the unpublish option.
