First of all, thank you for your help and support fixing the permissions. Here is what I would need:

1. If the survey is anonymous, I would like to let the public/guest respond
2. If the survey tracks user information I would like the login box displayed so we can gather the logged in user information

Right now it looks like the module links are ignoring the anonymous radio button on the survey metadata.

(both public and guest have component access allowe)
