I'd have a question on the Plugin Community Answers- Question .

Under the Emails tab. The tooltip misses a key info: New Question, New Reply and so on....but...to whom the emails are sent?

Only those involved in the discussion or all the users?

Secondly, under "Activity Stream": this is what I found in the one page documentation: "...the notification is added to your activity stream component." What it means?
