Poll does not work if Joomla Cache is enabled

Hello,

My poll will not let me vote when I enable Joomla cache system (progressive).
The random poll module just shows 1 poll and when you try to vote, it says you have already voted.

Basically, I already voted on the poll, so I should be seeing the poll results, but instead, it shows me the vote form and when I try to vote, it says you have already voted.

I disabled the Cache on the module, but that did not fix it.
