Hi. How can I set the parent category so users cannot post any topic in it and will be forced to select any of the child category? See attached for quick reference. I cannot seem to find out how this is done. Also, is there a way this can be done recursively (e.g., Ok to create topic on Parent Category 1  > Parent Category 2 > Child Category, but not on Parent Category 1 > Parent Category 2).
