I'm having an issue with the URLs for nested category links where it seemingly is adding the parent category name into the URL, causing a 404 error.

For instance, I have a parent category "Teams" and nested categories "Team1", "Team2".

The URL it is building for the child category is: http://172.16.12.142/joomla/index.php/component/communityanswers/category/29-teams/team1?Itemid=101

I get a 404 on this link, but the category correctly loads if I edit the URL to be: http://172.16.12.142/joomla/index.php/component/communityanswers/category/29-team1?Itemid=101

Is there something wrong with our setup that's causing the URLs to generate incorrectly?
