Question is put in answer field instead of answer.
Added a new quiz and filled in the answers and the answer explanation. Saved each question after editing and could return to the question while still creating the quiz and the answer explanation was there.
After saving the quiz and taking it, all of the answer explanations were replaced with the same text as the question.
