Radio buttons and continue button problem

Hello

I have installed Community Answers, Polls, Survey and Quiz.
As for now, after testing, the first three work fine.

However, I have two issues with Community Quiz.

1) When creating a new quiz, after clicking on "Show" radio buttons (Show result and show template), it is not possible to click back on "Hide" radion button.
It is not possible to click on "Allow" (Multiple responses)

2) When answering to a quiz, it is possible to choose a quiz, but after the first page with "Click and continue to take the quiz", clicking on "Continue" button leads to the home page with the link www.mydomain.com/#
