Hi, I am using the latest versions of Community Surveys and CjLib2.9.6 on a Joomla3.9.13 site.
I have setup a survey using a Radio Grid question. The question displays properly in the preview with 2 columns but not on the live survey

What might be causing the live survey to not display the radio grid question in 2 columns?
PS I have attached a screenshot in case the survey is not public
