REDIRECT: You are not allowed to create polls.

Hi, when guest click on link 'Add new poll'. We get following standard message.

You are not allowed to create polls. Please contact administrator.

I strongly feel it should redirect to LOGIN PAGE of Joomla/CB and message should contain - Please login or register to add new poll.

The current message is quite confusing. I have received several emails from my members to clarify this.
