I'm not sure that my problem coused by CjBlog.

I allowed registered user to submit articles.
Also I have JCE with 2 profiles:
1. registered; Author;
2. administrators (editor and above).

If administrator or Author submit article with images and <p>text</p> it displays correctly after saving.
If registered user submit article, all html tags (code; images; <p>text</p>) are erasing and display like a normal text.

Registered users don't have the same problem with Community Polls and JomSocial that use JCE too.

Updated: If registered user submit user (from frontend) witha a com_content form - the same problem appears.
Seems that it's a joomla option, but I can't understend which one.
