Hello Support Team,

We are facing several issues with the component which need to be solved immediatly. 

1. When try to create a customized report in the backend by pressing the "Generate Report" button - nothing happens!+
2. When showing the "All reponses" report, filtering the only finalised reports and exporting them to CSV, we also get the unfinished responses in the CSV
3. Special characters of my language (German) and not shown correctly in the report

   The status line of the HTTP response is invalid
2. Checking the issue
3. Can you post some examples to understand it better?
   For example an ä = ä in the report, an ö = ö and so on
