i would like you to help me add something special, so when i click on poll title, i have poll formular like in attached file.

I would like to duplicate selectionated part to have in the same page two polls formula and for each one there is View
results and Vote Now.

i just want to to this because i want the first poll to concern a short period (2 months) and second poll longer period (>12 months), but it is the same question with same options, just the vote can be different from period to another, so i want to give these two choices.

in which part in the code can i do modification to have this same poll duplicated and where we can vote in separate polls.
