I have RSS feed set to on however no feed is showing up. It is showing the feed as

http://www.thextraordinary.org/te7/quotes/feed?format=feed

And that is bringing up a correctly formatted but empty feed. If checking please note the /te7 directory this is a development site.

Ideas?
