Set access level for Jomsocial activity stream

When uploaded tracks are added to the Jomsocial activity stream, the default access level is Public. I only want members to be able to view tracks and see this activity in the stream. It would be helpful in the social activity configuration portion of the admin to be able to select a default access level for postings (Jomsocial Stream API v2: 0 = Public; 20 = Site members; 30 = Friends Only; 40 = Only Me).
