I have a quiz set to show the results and I'm confused about the "Final Result" display. If the question is correctly answered then there are green ticks showing against each answer, including the incorrect answers. If the answer is wrong there is one green tick and red crosses, but the green tick always shows against an incorrect answer with a red cross against the correct answer. I attach screenshots. It's very confusing.

I can't find any way to remove "Final Result" or to make the green tick appear against the correct answer only. It's quite possible I have something wrong in the set up, but I can't see what! I'm using radio buttons so only one response can be correct.
