Hello, 

Using the Single Selection (Radio) question type, the output in the live survey has the answer text on the next line following the radio button instead of inline.  It renders correctly in the survey preview.  I have the setting Show Template set to "hide". I attached a screenshot. 

Issue number 2 with the Single Selection (Radio) question is I cannot "uncheck" the button after it is selected, either before or after a save.
