Smart Search Indexing is not triggered automatically

I have noticed that "Smart Search Indexing" is not triggered automatically. After adding a new question, I need to trigger indexing from the backend manually.

I have the following plugins installed and enabled. 

  1. Plugins: Community - Questions
  2. Plugins: Smart Search - Questions 
  3. Plugins: Search - Community Answers

Should I disable the last one? 

Access to viewing replies is restricted.
