I'm finally doing another DEV server test installation ( now running J3.92 / CB 2.4 on PHP7.2.14 )

So far setup is going well, Migration went smoothly! ?

Still working through numerous configuration issues, and I notice one thing now:

The CB Profile "topics" tab lists all the user's topics, but gives bad (404) links for them.

example (broken) link supplied in the topics tab: 

/component/cjforum/topic/67-c5-[redactedForumAlias]/c1-AAA-technical-questions/6922-AAA-manufacture-date?Itemid=370

compare that to the actual (working) link to item:

/forum/67-c1-AAA-technical-questions/6922-AAA-manufacture-date

Not sure if this is migration glitch, or a configuration error... but I think this has something to do with me needing to make new menu items for each sub-forum? I seem to have missed that step during my initial install ( looking at http://wiki.corejoomla.com/Configure_Search_Engine_Friendly_URLs_for_CjForum now) - should I have done that BEFORE MIGRATION? ( Should I wipe clean and start fresh??)  please advise, thanks!
