[SOLVED] tinyMCE losing line breaks?

Is this a bug?  We use default TinyMCE editor... in CJforum  it is losing all the line breaks ( preview looks fine, but its just plaintext after posting message - and all of the line breaks and any extra whitespace are all LOST...)

Latest version CJF, latest Joomla...
