i think that some responses to a survey on my site are not added to the report by the component, although they are finalized.

the survey contains some questions which are mandatory and some which are not. the report is showing 4 completed responses and total of 14 responses (see attached file "file-1").

this is consistent with the responses shown with the filter "finalized responses" on (see "file-2" - notice the survey name - other responses are for an older survey). however, when i choose the filter "pending responses" i see only 2 responses (attached "file-3").

this is inconssitent with the total respones number, 14, shown in the surevy's report page. if i understand correctly, each response should be either "finalized" or "pending". so where are the other 8 responses?

see the backend responses page (attached "file-4") which show some responses with IDs that does not apear when applying the finalized/pending filter. for example respones IDs 749 to 751. but - this page is showing 14 responses total to that survey, which is consistent with the total number shown in the report (file-1).
when i trashed response 751, the report changed correctly to showing total of 13 responses, and when i restored 751 it changed back to 14. so maybe something is going on with the finalized/pending state of these responses.

all of these responses are tests i asked some people to do, and they all completed the survey. the user from Chile (response 751) also sent me a screenshot of the "thank you message" he was shown after completing the survey.

what is going on here? how is it possible that these responses are not added to the report / finalized? 

during all the testings i changed 2 questions from "mandatory" to "not mandatory". could this change affect the response calculation? is there anything else that can prevent these responses from being finalized & added to the report?
