Salam, when approve question or answer from admin, the script di not taake care of streamlenght for jomsocial activities, it put a long text in admin and sometimes the htm is broken, because of an html open tag.

I had in the past made mine thing for this, and did not use it since i ve seen this in your code, but it did not work
