In my survey i have a field which capture the the signature of the user who put up the purchase of the tickets. It works fine but at the end of the survey how to mass output to pdf of the survey report which need to include the user signature. The report button only output to csv but it does not capture the signature.

If user input 5 tickets can i have a field to calculate the cost of the ticket at the end of the survey (if this possible)

I has a sql drop down in one of the field ,but the export to csv did not capture the value (My feedback to you)
