Survey Page Not Redirecting Properly

Hi

Just getting to grips as a new user. I created a test survey with a couple of questions, published it, created a menu link accessible to only Special users and entered the survey key for the menu link. I took the survey, no problems. I then deleted this reponse in the back end. Now when I go to try to take the survey again I click on the menu link and Firefox tells me:

The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

If I go to try to manage/edit the survey I get a page full of:

"Error: 10304 - You already responded to this survey. If you are seeing this message in error, please contact survey manager/administrator."

Underneath that lot I finally see the tabbed links to be able to manage the survey / create a new one etc.

If I access any of the above in another browser, such as Chrome, it works fine ... until I have taken a survey and then try to access it again. Just loads of redirect loops.

I closed the browser and re-tried - same result. Next I emptied the browser cache and cleared cookies - voila, it works. However, such behaviour would be very confusing for users. Can it be stopped?
