Hi,

I've tried the demo and I can see that there are a couple of fields that we can choose from (Page Header, Multiple Choice, Grid, Free Text).

Would it be possible to have a multiple choice with the last one called 'other' and put a textfield next to it so they can fill it themselves.

For example:
What is your favorite sport:
Football
Tennis
Basketball
Other: [textfield next to radiobutton or even without radiobutton]
