Is there anyway that the Survey component can be enhanced to be used as a Quiz component? Allowing community members to create their own quizzes and have other members take the community quizzes?

While I love the Survey component I'm a little concerned/confused at how it could be implemented, successfully and with true purpose and meaning, on a Community site?

Just a thought.
