Template Show/Hide, Rankings & Results as %

1. I have "Hide Template" set to "Force Show" and yet when a user creates a quiz they must select whether to show or hide the template. I assumed the setting in the back end would remove the option on the front end.
2. I have permissions set so that visitors can take quizzes. When testing the component and taking quizzes (and rating them) no rating is apparent for the quiz.
3. Lastly, is there any way to show results as a percentage as opposed to the number correct?
