Tracks/routes not displaying after upgrade

Morning,

Thought i would move up to the latest version, but now the maps and graphs are not showing. I know before this was due to an unrelated plugin. I have spent a long time going though any plugin that could effect this with out any luck.

I have set site in debug to see if I can resolve this issue with out any luck. Can you please tell me how I can narrow down what I think it is a jquery issue.
