With community polls enabled, the Tweet is formatted incorrectly with the large Twitter button but correct with the +Share link. With the Twitter link I get this exact Tweet (using Polls 2.0.3):

I suppose the second part is correct, showing the link, but the <a> tag should not appear.

incidentally, I receive the same error on one of your demo polls:
