Hi,

1- tried to attach word file of extension docx and it didn't show although application/msword is in backend so i assumed this is for old doc files, so i went and added application/docx but still the file doesn't show up

2- when you upload attachment successfully you need to refresh the page to see that the attachment has been uploaded .. simply because the answer is published but without your attachment

users will be under the impression that the attachment is not successfully uploaded .. me as an admin had the same impression ..
