1. It would be really nice to be able to control the display options of the front-end form much like Community Polls. My site allows users to create their own survey, but I'd like to be able to control which features they can use and which ones they cannot.

2. It would also be nice to be able to simply add a company information (logo, name, etc) via a tab.
