An upload file question type or attachments field would be useful.

i.e let user upload image, attach further information, c.v, i.d photocopy, company logo etc

An example of a question I have in one of my survives.

Do you have a brand identity guidelines in place? If not, do you have a company logo and brand imagery that you can provide for your project?

Limesurvey has this functionality, Survey monkey doesn't.
