I'm having a huge problem at the moment with communitypolls. It seems it doesn't always store the voter_id. (Yes, I've disabled guest voting. Also verified this by trying to vote without logging in, and is denied).

Currently there are 30+ who have voted on a poll and only 2(!) voter_id's have been stored. All the oters are stored with ID = 0. This is a huge problem as we're running a poll which yields a prize for a random voter in the end.
