I too would like to have users be allowed to retake a survey at a later time. Can cookies be set to expire?

Here's scenario: I want an ongoing Quality of Service survey - I email en-mass a link to the Quality of Service survey to customers who have received a service in the past week (would be to painstaking to send a unique url to each one), they respond. Six weeks later they again have a service and are emailed the same link.

Another subject: In this case user can only respond one time to a survey - Can a feature be added for a custom redirect url if the person attempts to complete the survey a second time, rather than go to page of all surveys?
