V3 template CSS Questions

I just did an upgrade to V3.0.2. Over a fresh v2 install.

My question is how templates are done. I see that some of the built in color themes are gone. I have a dark colored site so I really want to tweak the colors. I am wondering where its grabbing the files from. I noticed the CSS files are just the system.css, general.css and my custom template css. Is there no longer a components/com_communitypolls/templates/default as I dont even have a components/com_communitypolls/templates/ folder any longer. If so do we have a CSS template to dump into our main template folder? Im not a CSS god by any means I typically make due if the templates are already there.
