Guess I should have read the forums before plopping my bucks down but hoping it's an easy fix.

After installing this on two J1.6 sites, both sites get the same error;

403 - Access Forbidden. Error Code: 10003.

You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
a mistyped address
you have no access to this page
The requested resource was not found.
An error has occurred while processing your request.

We tried everything we can think of, turning off SEO as well and nothing seems to help. Does anyone have this working?
